About the role
Client is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer in the Division of Public Health providing primary support for the Health Hazard Control Unit (HHCU) within the Environmental Health section to design, build, and support applications and automation solutions that streamline business processes across the organization. This role focuses on developing enterprise-grade Power Apps, automated workflows, and integrated business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Create automated workflows to improve business efficiency and replace manual processes
- Create and optimize Dataverse tables, business rules, relationships, and logic
- Develop custom connectors, data models, and forms for enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, and performance problems
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Maintain documentation including design specifications, diagrams, and user guides
- Follow best practices for environment strategy, security, ALM, and governance
- Work with security roles, DLP policies, and administrative processes to ensure solution compliance
Requirements
- Experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation (7 Years)
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse (7 Years)
- Knowledge of SQL database structure (7 Years)
- Strong SQL skills and experience integrating with databases (7 Years)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail (7 Years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (7 Years)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (7 Years)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively (7 Years)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or RPA/Power Automate Desktop
