Job Summary

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. We assist in transforming finance and supply-chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Our teams leverage Deloitte’s extensive expertise to deliver long-lasting solutions for our clients, collaborating closely with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Combine business, industry, and functional skills to design solutions that are usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable.
• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform for clients.
• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with functional and technical consultants to design solutions addressing these requirements.
• Provide leadership to the delivery team throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with other experts both within and external to Deloitte.
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities.
• Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Collaborate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment, preferably with a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead.
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O.
• Experience in business requirement documentation and design documentation.
• Experience in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Client development and sales experience (producing RFPs and SOWs, presenting at client orals).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data model for Dynamics 365 solution.
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $144,600 to $265,100, subject to the applicable geographic differential. Additionally, there is an opportunity to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
