About the Role

Lead and guide technical teams in the architecture, design, and development of MS Dynamics 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in Architecture, design and development of MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Project Service Automation in BFSI vertical
• Proficient in Visual Studio, PowerBI/Tableau, O365 & D365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation Server, Azure Development Tools, Logic Apps, PowerApps, Power Automate, C#, JavaScript, and Typescript NodeJS
• Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on out-of-the-box features with mandatory hands-on experience in PCF Controls
• Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on complex xRM solutions with multiple customizations, plugins, and integrations
• Design and build workflows, configure custom actions, business process flows, and complex fields

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Project Service Automation in BFSI vertical
