MS-Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Interact with other team members professionally and courteously
• Be at work on time and in proper uniform
• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
• Clean equipment used in the kitchen
• Unload and stock deliveries
• Sweep and mop floors
• Take out and rinse garbage cans and linen baskets
• Support other staff members by assisting with tasks such as prepping and dating food items
• Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures
• Ensure all equipment in the dish area is functional and filled with chemicals

Requirements

• Prior experience is a plus but not required
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Exceptional time management skills
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
• Must have all up-to-date certifications required
