About the role

Lead Engineering for Services activities supporting maintenance, repair, and overhaul of ultra-luxury vehicle production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize asset reliability and define effective service strategies.
• Manage critical spares and coordinate with suppliers to minimize downtime.
• Partner with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and data-driven maintenance planning.
• Uphold safety, quality, and craftsmanship standards in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
