MRI Technologist (Weekend Option)

About the role

Seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as MRI, CT, mammography, and other imaging techniques. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, and ensuring quality control. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging studies independently and in various settings
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Maintain equipment and adhere to quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate or Trade School
• No prior experience required; experience in imaging is preferred
• Licenses & certifications: IEMA (Illinois), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
• CPR and IV therapy certifications are a plus
• Preference for MRI registry certification upon hire

Skills

Strong knowledge of imaging procedures, patient preparation, and equipment operation.
