MRI Technologist – Travel Job

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MRI Tech responsible for interpreting physician instructions, preparing patients, and operating MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.

Responsibilities

  • Operate MRI equipment, including Siemens 3T and 1.5 Tesla machines
  • Perform general MRI, breast, prostate, and cardiac procedures
  • Interpret scanning instructions and position patients appropriately
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
  • Utilize Epic for documentation and workflow management

Requirements

  • Current ARRT certification with MRI advanced level and ARRT-M certification
  • State licensure in radiologic technology
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ MRI experience with diverse procedures
  • BLS certification
  • Proficiency with Epic and high-end MRI testing
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including shared call and weekend rotations
  • COVID vaccination is required
