About the role

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures
  • Expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images

Requirements

  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • MRI advanced level certification and state licensure for Pennsylvania
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist, including experience with high-field MRI scanners
  • BLS certification
  • Experience performing contrast-enhanced MRI studies and working with IV access for MRI procedures preferred
  • Experience in a hospital environment required
  • Prior experience with rotating call coverage and holiday rotation preferred

Schedule

Flex Shifts
3 days per week schedule with call coverage rotated
Typical Shift Times: 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM for primary scheduled days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Additional Coverage: Rotated holiday coverage required.
