MRI Technologist responsible for interpreting physician instructions, preparing patients, and operating MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.
Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification and MRI advanced level certification with Virginia state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years' MRI experience
- BLS certification
- Experience with GE MRI equipment and Meditech documentation system
- Appropriate attire: dark gray scrubs
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images
- Interpret scanning instructions and position patients accordingly
- Follow hospital policies and unit guidelines
