MRI Technologist (PRN - Day & Evening Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking a PRN MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as MRI, CT, and other radiologic services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
• Perform studies independently, including on-call, portable exams, and procedures at various sites as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MR.
• Preferred experience in MRI, CT, radiology, or related imaging modalities (less than 2 years).
• Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois) and additional certifications like CPR and IV Therapy are beneficial.

Skills

• Strong technical and patient preparation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of imaging procedures.

Schedule

This role offers flexible, as-needed shifts with no call or overnight responsibilities.
