MRI Technologist PRN

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, specialized, and interventional MRI imaging procedures.
• Aid radiologists and nurses in sedation cases.
• Communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and pursue continuous improvement.
• Take initiative for professional development and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Certified by ARRT (MR) or ARMRI, with a requirement to obtain ARRT (MR) license within one year.
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• At least one year of work experience.

Key Duties

• Perform and assist with advanced imaging modalities including ultrasound, CT, PET, and nuclear medicine.
• Perform venipuncture when needed and support sedation procedures.
• Maintain professional growth and contribute to a positive team environment.
