About the Role

Join Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC), part of HCA Healthcare, as an MRI Technologist PRN. This role allows you to perform MRI examinations for patients of all ages under physician direction, using advanced technical knowledge. You will work with minimal supervision, demonstrating independent judgment and initiative while supporting students and staff in MRI technology. Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations for patients of all ages under physician direction.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment with advanced technical knowledge.
• Assess and interpret patient needs to provide appropriate care and treatment.
• Work with students and staff, providing teaching and guidance in MRI technology.
• Demonstrate professional knowledge and deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Exercise independent judgment and initiative with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (must be obtained within 7 days of employment).
• Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging:
  • (ARRT-MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or
  • (ARMRIT) American Registry of MRI Technologists, or
  • (ARRT-R) Radiography with relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
