MRI Technologist (PRN)

Role Overview This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as MRI, CT, or other radiology techniques on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The role requires preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, and managing portable exams and on-call situations. Responsibilities Include Preparing patients and equipment for imaging proceduresPerforming studies accurately and independentlyEnsuring quality control and safety standards are maintained Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in a related fieldCertification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCESPreferred experience of 2+ years in medical imaging modalitiesCPR and intravenous therapy certifications are advantageous Additional Requirements Ability to work in rotating shifts and perform procedures in various settingsStrong attention to patient safety, technical competence, and independent work skills Key Skills: technical expertise in MRI/CT, patient preparation, safety protocols, independent operation of imaging equipment.
