MRI Technologist-OPDX MRI Airport Road-FT-1st shift

About the role

Performs routine scanning procedures for the MRI unit.

Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Ensures a high quality of images produced.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for availability and sterility of supplies used for assigned area.
• May be cross-trained in other specialties.
• The MRI Technologist may be required to cover inpatient or outpatient areas to include offsite diagnostic locations.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or GED; Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Science.
• Experience: 2 year’s experience in MRI required.
• Licenses/Certificates: Must be ARRT registered. BCLS required.
