MRI Technologist Lead

Join a dedicated imaging department as an MRI Technologist responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring high-quality imaging, patient care, and workflow efficiency. Key Duties Include Monitoring quality control, equipment maintenance, and troubleshootingOverseeing staff orientation, training, coaching, and performance evaluationsPositioning patients accurately and selecting appropriate technical parametersEnsuring compliance with regulatory standards and submitting high-quality images to PACSMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized department environmentProviding resource support to team members and performing other assigned duties Qualifications And Skills Completion of MRI or Radiology Technology programAt least two years of relevant experienceARRT or ARMRIT certification in MRICurrent BLS certification from AHAStrong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work alertly and safely Physical Requirements Include Constant standing, walking, and frequent use of vision, hearing, and speechRegular lifting and moving of patients and equipment (0-50 lbs)Occasional bending, stooping, and repetitive motions This role offers full-time employment, with opportunities for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
