About the role

We are seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI scans, ensure patient safety, and maintain technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Operate MRI equipment according to protocols, review images for quality, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Verify patient identity, prepare patients, and provide education and comfort.
  • Assist and instruct students and colleagues on procedures and equipment use.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to safety and infection control standards, and manage documentation, coding, and reporting.
  • Operate information systems and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Requirements

  • Certification from ARRT(MR), ARMRIT, or equivalent, with BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, imaging evaluation, contrast protocols, and MRI safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
  • Manual dexterity, physical ability to lift and transport patients and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of MRI experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
