MRI Technologist (Evenings)

About the role

The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in MRI, to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and handling on-call, portable, and site-specific exams. The role involves cross-training in MRI for registered Radiologic Technologists (R.T.(R)). The organization emphasizes high-quality patient care and professional development.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from a trade school
• No prior experience required
• Minimum licensure: IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR certification, Intravenous Therapy certification

Schedule

2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with holiday rotations. No call requirements.
