MRI Technologist

About the role

The Full-time MRI Technologist position is available in University Radiology's Freehold, NJ Imaging Office. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and manage preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers, and other medical facilities.
• May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning.
• Perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

Requirements

• ARRT(MR) certification preferred.
• 2 or more years of MR work experience.
• GE high-field magnet experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state licensure as an MRI Technologist.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Pay range $42 - $55 per hour. Actual compensation is based on years of MRI experience, certifications, shift differentials, and operational needs.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM with rotating Saturdays.
