Job Summary
The MRI Technologist at Overland Park Regional Medical Center performs routine and specialized magnetic resonance imaging of organs, organ systems, and blood flow studies. They present images and patient information/history to the Radiologist for a comprehensive diagnostic report.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school or college with certificate or degree in Radiology Technology.
- American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) registered. ARRT MR preferred upon hire or must become registry eligible for ARRT MR within 1 year of hire and must complete registry within the 6 months following.
- BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
- 2-3 years MRI experience preferred.
- On Call required and must have the ability to report to the facility within one hour of call back.
