About the role
Responsible for producing high-quality MR images and ensuring patient safety across multiple locations.
Key Duties
- Prepare patients
- Perform MR procedures
- Manage intravenous access
- Administer medications
- Select pulse sequences
- Evaluate image quality
- Adhere to safety guidelines
- Respond to emergencies
- Educate staff and students
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology or MR Imaging program
- Certification by ARRT or ARMRIT
- BLS certification
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, pathology, pharmacology, medical terminology, MR techniques, patient positioning, and safety protocols
- Proficient in computer skills
Additional Requirements
- Ability to perform technical, clinical, and professional duties
- Commitment to ongoing training
- Capable of managing emergency situations
