Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures in a multi-specialty practice.
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Produce quality imaging for diagnosis
- Conduct MRI scans
- Maintain equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team for accurate patient diagnosis
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or related field
- Active New York State license
- ARRT certification preferred
- Medical background such as EMT, CMA, or Medical Assistant is a plus
Skills
- Strong technical skills in MRI operation
- Excellent patient communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
