MRI Technologist
Job Summary
The MRI Technologist will provide optimum patient care while performing diagnostic MRI exams requiring no constant supervision. Responsibilities include knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, magnetic safety, and contrast media administration.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Graduate of a school of Radiology or certificate (ARMRIT)
- American Registry of MRI Technologists, or (ARRT-R) Radiography
- Minimum of two years experience as RT (R)
- Specialty experience in CT, MRI
- Strong background in cross-sectional anatomy and knowledgeable in multi-modality

About the Role
Medical City Weatherford is a 100+ bed acute-care hospital serving Parker County and surrounding communities. Our medical staff represents 30+ medical specialties. Our health care services include inpatient and outpatient care, medical-surgical and emergency care. We are a designated Comprehensive (Level II) Stroke Facility and Level IV Trauma Center.
