Key Duties
- Operating MRI equipment, including magnets, injectors, consoles, and monitors
- Adjusting pulse sequences based on body part and diagnosis
- Performing proper patient positioning and safety checks
- Sending images to PACS, transferring for further manipulation, and post-processing for interpretation
- Administering MRI contrast agents
- Covering call duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Certification from ARRT or NMTCB
- Certified BLS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
