MRI Technologist

Key Duties

• Operating MRI equipment, including magnets, injectors, consoles, and monitors
• Adjusting pulse sequences based on body part and diagnosis
• Performing proper patient positioning and safety checks
• Sending images to PACS, transferring for further manipulation, and post-processing for interpretation
• Administering MRI contrast agents
• Covering call duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Certification from ARRT or NMTCB
• Certified BLS
• Strong organizational and communication skills
