About the role
Produce high quality, diagnostic MRI scans on patients of all ages demonstrating knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and operating MRI system and related software according to established policies and procedures. Demonstrate clinical competency in all aspects of MRI including MRI related equipment. Shall provide a patient experience focused on service excellence and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI systems and related software
- Ensure accurate and high-quality MRI scans
- Provide excellent patient care and service
- Adhere to established policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on MRI equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiological Technology
- Registered Diagnostic Technologist of at least two years
- Prior MRI experience strongly preferred
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- Valid WI Driver's license and in good standing
- Maintain current and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
- Proof of MRI Registry or successful MRI Registry within two years of hire
- Subspecialty boarded in Magnetic Resonance Imaging within one year of hire if prior MRI experience exists
- MRI boarded within two years of hire with no or prior MRI experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification

Pay
- $42.00 - $48.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule
- 7 days on / 7 days off, including every other weekend
- Primary Locations: Waukesha Memorial Hospital (7:00am - 5:30pm), PHMG Pewaukee Clinic (7:30am - 6:00pm)
- Additional possible locations: Brookfield Imaging Center, Waukesha Memorial Hospital-Mukwonago, and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital
