Responsibilities
- Utilize magnetic resonance imaging techniques to assist in the diagnosis of disease.
- Perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Provide patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols related to magnetic fields.
- Perform advanced MR imaging procedures as needed.
- Provide more complex technical care based on patient needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
- Graduate of a JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
- One year experience as an MRI Technologist.
- ARRT Radiography Certification (R).
- ARRT MRI Certification (MR).
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
