At Piedmont Walton, our Imaging Technologists play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered diagnostic care. Using a variety of advanced imaging modalities under the supervision of board-certified radiologists, our technologists support clinical decision-making across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings. From routine X-rays to complex diagnostic procedures, we serve patients across the lifespan with professionalism, precision, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and/or physiologic conditions of the body to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease.
• Perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
• Required Work Experience: No experience required
• Required Licenses and Certifications: (ARDMS or ARRT - Radiographer Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R)) Upon Hire Required and BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
