Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialty MRI examinations, including breast imaging
• Operate advanced GE 1.5T and 3T MRI systems
• Adapt imaging protocols to meet individual patient needs
• Create a calm, reassuring experience for every patient
• Explain procedures clearly and answer patient questions
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout each examination
• Build patient confidence through compassionate communication
• Follow MRI safety protocols and best practices
• Complete accurate documentation in PACS and RIS
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Maintain imaging quality standards while supporting efficient patient flow

Requirements

• Six months or more of MRI experience or completion of an accredited MRI training program
• ARRT (R), ARRT (MR), or ARMRIT certification
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• Experience in an outpatient imaging environment
• Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems
• Experience performing specialty MRI examinations

• $41.65 - $52.68 per hour
