About the Role
Perform routine, specialized, and interventional MRI imaging, including ultrasound, CT, PET, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality imaging services
- Assist radiologists and nurses with sedation cases
- Perform venipuncture when needed
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Build collaborative relationships across departments
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Seek continuous professional growth and development
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification
- Texas Department of State Health certification
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field
- Ability to obtain ARRT (MR) license within one year if holding ARRT (R)
