About the role
This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective customer training delivery
- Develop and enhance product and clinical knowledge for Imaging modalities
- Link theoretical knowledge to practical application for optimal equipment performance
- Conduct clinical evaluations and educational sessions for prospective customers
- Drive revenue through clinical education execution and documentation
- Provide ongoing training and support throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain relationships with customers and inform management of pertinent issues or opportunities
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent with 3 years of MRI patient scanning experience
- At least 1 year of MRI scanning on GEHC equipment
- ARRT, ARMRIT, or equivalent modality certification required
- Comfortable in a clinical environment with patient interaction
- Skilled in using software applications like Windows Office Suite
- Able to learn and provide training on specialized industry-specific software
- Willing to travel extensively, with 80+% travel required

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $105,840 – $158,760 annually
