About the role
We are currently seeking engineers to join our operations. All potential Berkeley engineers must strive for excellence in technical know-how and quality but the applicant shall also possess strong affinity for business development activities, have excellent interpersonal skills and be independent minded to take on this challenging opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the CEO and conducting daily meetings on Teams or other virtual software.
- Registering BEC USA with all potential clients firstly in TEXAS and then beyond to other States and other countries in the regions.
- Organizing meetings with clients to present our company to them. Ensuring our team is made available for such meetings.
- Scope of this request is to provide Support Services for General Engineering - T&I Planner.
- WER Duration: 18 Months
- T/A Planning, Preparations, Scheduling, and Monitoring. Coordination for shutdown jobs preparation and execution. Development & Implementation of 6 week plan. Coordination with Operations & Area Asset teams for planning, preparation, implementation of shutdowns.
- Activates included, Assist in planning and monitoring of turnaround / shutdown, including preparation/ review / finalize the job list with coordination of respective departments, organize the pre-turnaround meetings, estimate, evaluate and procurement for material, equipment of support services requirements. Candidate to be certified in Primavera.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience either in Engineering Design / Plant Operations.
- Experience in Facilitation / leading of workshops relating to: 1. PHA/HAZOPs 2. SIL Assignment.
- Experience in SIL Verification and Quantative Risk Assessment will be a bonus.
- Able to work as part of a team, be able to prepare for workshops and report findings from workshops.
- Able to liaise directly with clients and also travel to client sites if required.
Qualifications
- Major Experience in Oil & Gas and Refineries.
- Major Experience in Oil & Gas and Refineries and Multi-discipline experience.
Skills

- Experience in Process Safety Workshop Facilitation.
- Experience in Facilitation / leading of workshops relating to: 1. PHA/HAZOPs 2. SIL Assignment.
