Responsibilities
- Maintain MRB systems and manage reports related to defective or nonconforming products.
- Move materials from the LRB/Debug area to the MRB area while following ESD safety procedures.
- Inspect, test, and document defective parts, then enter results into the MRB database.
- Prepare RMA reports and package defective materials for shipment.
- Support daily reporting and assist with handling non-repairable parts on production lines.
- Work closely with the quality team to help ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel, SAP, and PC-based testing software.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to stay organized, manage priorities, solve problems, and work independently.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Basic written English skills required.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
