This independent solo practice and member of Mills-Peninsula Medical Group (IPA) is a thriving, long-standing primary care practice in the heart of the Bay Area. We are seeking a dedicated physician who is passionate about patient care and looking for a long-term opportunity to serve a diverse and engaged community.

About the Role

This position offers the chance to step into a thriving, well-established practice with a full panel of loyal patients and immediate volume as the current physician transitions into retirement. Burlingame and the surrounding community has a strong need for comprehensive primary care physicians.

Responsibilities

• Take over an existing practice with a robust referral network and health plan partnerships through MPMG.
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Develop and maintain a strong patient base through effective communication and patient engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine open to Family Medicine.
• Experience in primary care is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Current medical license to practice medicine in the state of California.
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX exams.
