MPH Warehouse Floor Trainer - 2nd Shift

About the role

As a MPH Warehouse Floor Trainer (2nd shift), you will assist in the development of new temporary MPH warehouse workers, retrain current employees, and provide cross-training. You will work with individuals possessing different skill levels, troubleshoot issues, and provide objective student evaluations during the training period. You will also perform receiving, storing, and shipping tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, organize and maintain inventory, operate warehouse equipment safely, and collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of new temporary MPH warehouse workers, retraining current employees, and cross-training
• Work with multiple individuals possessing different skill levels
• Provide objective student evaluations during the training period
• Encourage participants to learn from themselves and the class
• Handle receiving, storing, and shipping tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Organize and maintain inventory while supporting proper stock rotation and product quality
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all operational and safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Applicable MPH warehouse experience
• All applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled, experienced MPH warehouse processes and systems
• No more than 3 points with no written policy infractions
• Must be in your role as a FTE of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months
• "Good/Superior" Quality with no more than 3 defects listed in Gainseeker per quarter
• Willing to bring/show your personal tool or work area to the interview and explain your 5S
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic warehouse environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently throughout your shift

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am
