Moving Crew Driver ($20–$25/hr + Tips)
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® · Stockbridge, GA · 1 mo ago
Manufacturing$20–$25/hrFull-time
About the role
We're not going to sugarcoat it: this is physical work. You'll be lifting, carrying, climbing stairs, driving, and some days will be hot. What we can promise is a crew that's got your back, a truck stocked with the right equipment, and a schedule that respects the toll this job takes on your body (we take heat and hydration seriously — this isn't a job where you're left to figure it out alone). In exchange, you get variety that no warehouse job offers: new places, new people, a job that changes every day instead of the same conveyor belt on repeat, plus the satisfaction of finishing a job customers are genuinely grateful for.
Responsibilities
- Lift and carry household items repeatedly throughout the day
- Climb stairs while moving items
- Drive the moving truck
- Work in varying weather conditions, with attention to heat and hydration

- Physically able to lift and carry household items repeatedly
- Team player who trusts the crew
- Able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening

- 6+ months of moving, warehouse, logistics, or military logistics experience qualifies for higher pay tier ($27/hr)
- Prior moving, warehouse, logistics, or military experience is recognized and moves you into the higher pay bracket
Benefits
- Daily tips on top of hourly wage (most crews take home real cash each shift)
- $500 milestone bonus after the first 90 days for showing up, getting trained, and staying with the team
- Clear, published pay ladder with known steps to earn more
- Real promotion path into Management, Crew Lead, Driver, and Trainer roles
- Team‑based training; you’re not thrown on a truck solo on day one
- Weekly variety instead of warehouse monotony
- Equipment‑stocked truck and crew support
- Emphasis on heat and hydration safety
