About the role

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is now hiring movers / general laborers in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Our core purpose is to Move People Forward®, and we offer opportunities for growth within our franchise.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
• Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck.
• Provide positive energy and top-notch service.
• Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older for movers.
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English.
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check, drug screen, and random drug screens.

Skills

• Experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful but not required.

Pay

Mover pay range: $21-$24 per hour! (includes base pay, tips, and bonuses)

Schedule

• Full-time employees work 8-10 hours per day on average.
• Workdays may vary based on business needs.
