About the role

Join an established oncology group consisting of 2 radiation oncology physicians & 2 medical oncology physicians. Clinical support staff includes: 2 Rad Onc RN’s, 4 Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrist, Physicist, in-house oncology certified Pharmacist, Oncology Dietician, Social Worker, Nurse Navigator and many more.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care close to home.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of oncology expertise and strong collaborative relationships.
  • Advocate for meaningful patient impact.
  • Join a forward-thinking, growth-driven practice serving communities across southern Idaho.

Requirements

  • Board certified/board eligible in Radiation Oncology.
  • Strong commitment to advancing cancer treatment and patient care.
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Current license to practice medicine in the state of Idaho.
  • Completion of an accredited ACGME/ACGME-approved residency program in Radiation Oncology.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Benefits

  • CT onsite.
  • QOPI certified.
  • 1:3 call, very low burden.
  • Tuesday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Pay

  • Base salary + wRVU production incentive.

Schedule

  • Close relationship with The Huntsman Cancer Center and University of Utah Hospital.
  • Employed full complement of medical and surgical specialists within the medical group.
  • EMR: Epic, Aria & Eclipse.
