Moulder Operator - Night Shift

About the role

Join our team in Foreston, Minnesota as a Moulder Operator – 2nd Shift. This role offers hands-on work and the chance to build skills on specialized equipment while ensuring products meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and inspect moulders
• Help ensure products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Grow your skills and take on greater responsibilities within the team
• Train others as requested
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6 months+ of related machine operating experience
• Ability to read prints and measuring instruments
• Ability to perform detailed work requiring high levels of concentration

Pay

$22.96-$28.56 per hour (rate includes 12% shift differential), starting wage varies based on experience

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
• Potential Friday hours if overtime is required
