MOTORGRADER ROUGH
About the Role
Branch's Civil Division is searching for an experienced and safety-oriented Rough Grade Motor Operator to join our well-established, growing company. The Rough Grade Motor Operator operates a self-propelled motor grader on rough grade work, such as finishing rough grade on highways, including highway shoulders, slopes, and ditches.
Responsibilities
- Oil, grease, service, and make normal operating adjustments to equipment
- Scrape and level dirt on roadway
- Spread and mix materials on roadway
- Shape and blade subgrades
- Balance and rough shape base course materials
- Fine grade and dress shoulders and slopes
- Perform routine cleaning of equipment and work area
- May perform other related duties
Requirements
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- 1 to 3 years of rough grade motor operating experience
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- DOT experience preferred, but not required

Pay
Salary range: $38,209.50 – $63,705. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
Schedule
This is a full-time position which typically involves 40+ hours per week. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call for early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather, and emergencies at the job site.
