Motorcycle Sales | Full Time

About the role

We are seeking motorcycle enthusiasts who are honest, motivated, outgoing, and high-energy self-starters. Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of customer service in helping others become a part of the dealership team. Sales experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right people and provide all the tools you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of sales transactions
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• Passion for motorcycles and a desire to help others enjoy them
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay

Compensation Structure: Commission-Based with a Guaranteed Minimum Base Draw of $13.00/hour against earned commissions. Good-Faith Expected Earnings (OTE): $48,000 – $82,000 / year (Based on average historical performance of current sales team representatives).
