Motor Vehicle Mechanic (Temporary Position) with Security Clearance

About the role

The role requires exertion of moderate to heavy physical effort, including sitting, leaning, walking, reaching, climbing, and lifting from 1-75 lbs. The work week starts at 12:01 a.m. on Monday and ends at 12:00 midnight the following Sunday. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work will require exertion of moderate to heavy physical effort, and will include sitting, leaning, walking, reaching, climbing, and lifting from 1-75 lbs.
• The normal work week begins at 12:01 a.m. on Monday and ends at 12:00 midnight and you are subject to being scheduled anytime between those hours.
• Overtime may be required from time-to-time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized training through vocational or military schooling and/or a minimum of (3) years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Forklift license/certification.
• Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance (if deemed necessary).
• Current HI Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
• U.S. Citizenship required and, if deemed necessary, you must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.

Qualifications

• Relocation assistance is not provided and candidates must reside within commuting distance or indicate a willingness to relocate at their own expense.

Skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Forklift license/certification.
• Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance (if deemed necessary).

Pay

$44.08/hour

Schedule
