Motor Claims Executive Two Wheelers

Duties

• Assess valid claims according to Policy’s terms and benefits within the claim authority limit.
• Compute benefit amount payable and settle claims within the agreed turnaround time.
• Cook up claims settlement and documentation coordination with the policy issuer.
• Train intermediaries on claims processes or policy coverage.
• Support, face-to-face meetings, and resolve customer and intermediary complaints.
• Process claims and document verification.
• Engage with customers and resolve their queries related to claims processing.

Requirements

• Experience in motor claims/reimbursement processing and verifying documents.
• Quickly and efficiently resolve customer queries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Graduation / Post Graduation.
• Minimum 2 to 5 Years of experience in the Motor Insurance Claims/OEM Agency.
• Must have a General Insurance background handling Motor claims.
• Essential local market knowledge.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to teach and coach your team.
