Brief Description
- Pull motor parts for motor assembly.
- Assemble and test motors per work order instructions.
- Inspect motors and diagnose any possible defects.
- Perform work related to maintaining 5S program (housekeeping).
- Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, gainsharing, and cost-saving programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous assembly experience preferred. Electrical wiring background beneficial.
Skills and Key Attributes
- Ability to read drawings, blue-prints, and wiring diagnosis.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
Schedule
The 1st shift schedule runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30pm.
