About the role

We are seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting visually engaging assets that drive performance across multiple digital channels including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your work will directly influence campaign effectiveness by creating visuals that capture attention and promote engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with media, content, and client teams to develop creative assets for A/B testing, optimization strategies, and performance marketing campaigns, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling static and motion design assets such as ad sets, landing pages, and social media creatives to improve digital marketing KPIs
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form videos optimized for social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications and audience attention spans
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure creative assets align with audience insights and campaign goals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while creatively adapting to different audience segments and platforms
  • Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Iterate and refine designs based on data insights, testing outcomes, and stakeholder feedback
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates and effectively communicating with internal teams and clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRO and user experience design

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
  • At least 1 year of experience with motion graphics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating performance marketing design work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of CRO analytics, A/B testing, heatmapping, and performance metrics
  • Ability to work effectively in an agency environment with exposure to enterprise brands
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, including AI and automation in marketing
