Our product can turn briefs, ideas, and source material into rough motion graphics. Your job is to take that work and make it great. That could include improving the concept, animation, pacing, transitions, typography, and overall visual direction depending on the project. Good taste is the most important skill. You should be able to look at a rough video, know what isn’t working, and turn it into something worth publishing.
