The MGD is responsible for the complete design process from conception to completion. Pushing Freedom to Fail by exploring new ideas and implementing them into animations, Smarter Every Day by researching new animation techniques and sharing them with other Graphic Designers on the team, Building Relationships that Last by contributing to the content team throughout each step of the creative process, Respecting Others by being open to giving/receiving constructive criticism in a respectful manner, Passion to be the Best by constantly improving their skills and not settling for the status quo, and Enjoy the Journey by having fun and passion for the work you do! Responsibilities: Will be responsible for creating 4-6 scripts per month on average. With emphasis on tighter deadlines for special projects (as needed) Basic Math skills (Yeah, we have some math in our videos) In-depth script reviews using basic instructional design to edit scripts and split them into scenes During live shoots: run the graphics, direct talent and make graphic edits as needed Manage your own projects and repeatedly deliver quality results on hard and fast deadlines Review completed videos and collaborate with video production specialist on post-production edit fixes and recaptures Keep up with current technology, have a working knowledge of competitor's content, and constantly improve upon your skills Leverage generative AI tools across the production pipeline—including AI music, image, video, and voiceover generation—to accelerate workflows and explore new creative approaches while maintaining brand and quality standards What We Are Looking For: 2-4 years of experience in Motion Graphics Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects and Illustrator are required, Premiere Pro is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite High level of organization and time management skills Must be creative and open to new design/animation techniques Must be proficient at managing projects and deadlines Must be team-focused Must be a collaborator, willing to be coached and be a coach to others Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits: Work from anywhere within the US for most rolesCompetitive SalaryMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible PTO401K - 100% vested with :4% match12 Paid HolidaysCompany LaptopReimbursement for home office expensesEmployee Referral BonusesShort-Term and Long-Term Disability InsuranceFSA & HSA OptionsLife InsurancePersonal and Professional DevelopmentEmployee Assistance Program (Mental Health)Parental Leave + baby bonus We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
