Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

The MGD is responsible for the complete design process from conception to completion, exploring new ideas, researching animation techniques, contributing to the content team, and improving skills continuously.

Responsibilities

• Create 4-6 scripts per month on average, with tighter deadlines for special projects as needed.
• Apply basic math skills for video content.
• Conduct in-depth script reviews using instructional design principles to edit scripts and split them into scenes.
• During live shoots: run graphics, direct talent, and make graphic edits as needed.
• Manage your own projects and deliver quality results on hard deadlines.
• Review completed videos and collaborate with video production specialists on post-production fixes and recaptures.
• Stay current with technology, competitor content, and continuously improve skills.
• Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., AI music, image, video, and voiceover generation) to accelerate workflows while maintaining brand and quality standards.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Motion Graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects and Illustrator required; Premiere Pro a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of organization and time management skills.
• Creative and open to new design/animation techniques.
• Proficient at managing projects and deadlines.
• Team-focused and collaborative, willing to give and receive coaching.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
