About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated 3D Video Creation Role to join our team as one of our first dedicated specialists. In this position, you will play a crucial role in elevating Motionshift’s template library and visual assets. Your core responsibilities include creating compelling motion graphics, developing animations, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, and future members of the design team to set high visual standards and implement best practices. Your creativity and technical expertise will be instrumental in developing engaging interactions, transitions, and animations that align with our graphical style and advertising standards. The role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual direction of our platform, contribute innovative ideas, and help shape the future of 3D content creation. You will also be involved in research and analysis to understand what design elements perform best, ensuring our templates resonate with users and meet market demands.
