About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to create engaging, platform-native creative content for a leading social media and digital advertising platform. The ideal candidate understands how creative should feel native to online communities and can transform existing assets into polished, high-performing motion content. This role requires availability with at least 4 working hours overlapping Pacific Time (West Coast).
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and short-form video assets.
- Enhance existing client videos with motion treatments, branding, captions, and platform-native optimizations.
- Produce high-quality creative assets while handling large volumes of edits and versioning.
- Ensure creative work aligns with platform best practices and user behavior.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Work independently from briefs that may be evolving or incomplete.
- Deliver polished outputs under tight deadlines.
Required Skills
- Motion Design — Strong experience creating:
- GIFs
- Light animations
- Video cutdowns
- Logo animations
- Motion graphics
- Caption animations
- Social media video edits
- Creative Tools — Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, etc.)
Preferred Experience
- Experience creating content for social media advertising platforms.
- Understanding of platform-native creative and digital content optimization.
- Experience working with high-volume creative production environments.
- Ability to improve existing creative assets rather than producing everything from scratch.

Additional Information
- Remote within the United States.
- Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time working hours.
