Mother Baby Unit Nurse Manager

Position Overview: An experienced Nursing Manager is sought to lead the Mother Baby Unit, overseeing daily operations, staffing, and the delivery of safe, family-centered postpartum and newborn care. Key Responsibilities Manage daily unit operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.Mentor and evaluate nursing staff, supporting their professional development and growth.Promote evidence-based practices to enhance care quality and safety.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to guide quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient experience initiatives.Lead efforts to improve maternal and infant outcomes through innovative practices and team leadership. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably in maternal and infant care.Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement methodologies.Ability to mentor staff and foster a positive, patient-focused environment.Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
