About Superior Lawn Care
Superior Lawn Care is hiring a Lawn Pest Control Technician in Decatur or Madison, AL. In this role, you'll inspect and treat residential and commercial properties for lawn pests, build relationships with clients, and represent our brand in the field. No prior pest control license required — we'll help you get certified.
- $18.00–$20.00/hr. based on experience
- Commission earnings on top of base pay

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Alabama Pesticide Applicator License — or willingness to obtain one (we provide support)
- Experience in pest control, termite or mosquito control preferred but not required
- Nice to have: Prior sales or upselling experience, Insect knowledge, Route Management experience
Schedule
Drive to job sites across the North Alabama area and manage your daily schedule.
