Mosquito & Pest Control Specialist

About the role

Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and to meet requirements for licensing.

Work in a safe manner in accordance with state requirements, OSHA policies and procedures, and maintaining and utilizing required safety equipment when performing duties.

Utilizes excellent communication skills to respond to basic customer inquiries, requests, complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution.

Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Work flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours (NEVER on Sundays).

Maintain a clean company vehicle and operate the vehicle safely and legally.

Drive company vehicles to client sites to provide services in a professional, safe and friendly manner.

Upsell services based on customer needs through thorough inspections and communication.

Responsibilities

• Valid Driver’s license for 3 years with an excellent driving record (4 points or less currently)
• One to three years experience in pest control (preferred)
• Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling
• Extended hours and Saturdays when necessary

Requirements

• 19 years old with High School diploma / GED
• Valid Driver’s license for 3 years with an excellent driving record (4 points or less currently)
